How to register for T-Pay, Login and download payslip on TSC T-Pay Portal

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is a body mandated with the recruitment of teachers across the country.

The commission offers a range of services online since it moved all its services from paperwork.

Some of the online services that are offered by the commission include;

• Teacher registration
• Online payslip application
• Online wealth declaration forms
• Pension registration
• TMIS
• TPAD

How to register for TSC online payslip

All the newly registered teachers are encouraged to visit the Teachers Service Commission TSC office in the county to be registered for this service.

This service can only be done at the county TSC office and only teachers who have received their first salary are eligible for this service.

After you have been registered, then now you can log in to the system using your TSC number and the password provided during registration.

How to Log into your payslip T-Pay Portal

Accessing you payslip from TSC is now easier. You can just access your payslip using your mobile phone.

Follow the steps below to access the portal.

• Using your preferred browser, type this link into the address bar https://T-Pay.tsc.go.ke/
• Using your TSC number/ID number and password enter then in the fields provided then click Login. If you have forgotten your password, ypu can click on reset password tab and you will be prompted to input your email, then you will receive your reset code.

• Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your account dashboard
• From the list provided on the left page of your screen, you can access the following services;

1. Menu
2. Latest payslip
3. Latest P9
4. My transactions

Available services in the T-Pay Portal

Using the new T-Pay Portal, you can access the following services;

• You can view your payslip
• You can access your P9 form for kra return filing
• You can send you payslip to financial institutions i.e banks and saccos
• You can view your third party transactions
• You are able to change your T-Pay password

The new version of the portal is user friendly and you can find anything you want easily by just click of a button.

You will be able to access your latest payslips for the last four months.

If you click on the p9 icon, ypu can be able to access the p9 forms for the last three years.

How to Download your Payslip

Its in order for an individual to keep a copy of his/her payslip. You can just download the slip and save it in your device.

Use the procedure below to download;

• Click on latest payslip to see latest payslips basically for the last four months.
• In order to keep a copy of you payslip, you can just take a screenshot of your payslip.
• Alternatively, you can click on the print Icon at the bottom of your payslip, then you can print and save a copy.

If you want to access other payslips for previous months, you use the ‘search T-Pay menu items’ tab and access the payslip of the month you intend to access.
