What TSC Need To Process Your Pension Faster.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) had mentioned that there are about 2,000 teachers who retire yearly. Therefore, they have merged the Human Resource Management Department with the pension department to accelerate processing of pension for these teachers.
The major aim for this was to eliminate bureaucracies that have occasioned delays in pension processing before they are sent to the treasury pension department for payment.
The commission did away with the manual way of moving from one department to the other while making pension claims.
Nancy Macharia, the CEO for Teachers Service Commission said this system will offer seamless service delivery that will accelerate the processing of pension for those who retire yearly in good time.
