How to Apply For TSC Online Transfers.

Since TSC moved its services online, work has been easier for teachers seeking services with the commission including applying for an online transfer.

Initially, any teacher intending to apply for a transfer, would just fill the form physically and send it to the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) offices.

How to Apply For an Online Transfer

If you wish to apply for a transfer, you can follow the following steps to submit it.

• Using your browser, enter this link http://HRMIS.tsc.go.ke/tm-app/apply_transfer to your address bar and click go or enter.
• In the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your TSC number, ID Number and mobile phone number.
• A confirmation message will be sent with an OTP (One Time Password) that you will enter to grant you login access.
• The system will show you the level of your Institution either primary or secondary school.
• Click on ‘submit a request for transfer” and the click on submit.
• You will be required to enter all the necessary details then check ✅ the declaration box.some of those details required include;

1. Length of stay at present station
2. Length of stay in the same Sub-County
3. Reason for transfer
4. Details
5. When is transfer required
6. County
7. Sub-County
8. School
9. Email Address

• After you have entered all the above details, you will now be required to check the declaration box then click ‘OK’.
• The system will automatically detect your current school and the requested county
• In case the transfer request is necessitated by insecurity or medical issues, click on ‘File Attachment(s)’ button to attach the supporting documents.
• Click browse to choose the document you want to attach
• Enter your remarks
• Click the dialog box then click OK after attaching the document
• All you attachments will be shown where you can remove or view your attachment
• After you are done, now click submit button
• Your application changes to pending if your application is successfully submitted.
• You will now click logout and now your principal or school head will now have to acknowledge your transfer before TSC starts to work on it.
