As a Kenyan Teacher, you should know that registering for your payslip online is more convenient than ever as you can manage several services from the click of a button.

Sometime, during registration some teachers make mistakes. These mistakes are the ones we are trying to iron out here so that you don’t find yourself In dilemma.

Mistakes to Avoid During Online Payslip Registration

1. Invalid Credentials

You are advised to use valid credentials in the event of registration and avoid giving false information.

If you are registering using your correct credentials, then make sure your names begin with Capital letters and the rest with small letters.

2. Avoid Delay in Paying Registration Fee

Always make payments in time using the provided Account Number, bank name, Account Name and even the simple Banking M-pesa details.

If you make payments later, then the registration process will be nullified.

3. Avoid Scanning and Uploading Certificates Incorrectly 

There are a number of documents that needs to be scanned and uploaded. They include professional and Academic Certificates, passport size photo and National ID.

Uploading these documents incorrectly will result to nullification of the registration process.

Therefore, ensure that you upload the documents correctly and in their provision tab.

4. Mistakes in Entering Bank Account Information

Always pay attention to the account details provided where you are supposed to send the registration fees to. Entering wrong information will result to loss of the money and hence the registration process will be cancelled.

5. Avoid Engaging in Fraudulent Activities

You are expected to provide correct details concerning credentials as required by the registration process. The commission will deactivate the registration process once they discover you have provided fraudulent information.

6. Don’t Forget to check the status of your registration

After the registration process, you are required to ensure that you keep checking the progress. If you provided legit information during registration, then be sure your registration will be successful.

7. Avoid using consultants, middlemen and agencies in the registration process. This may result to your information remaining with unauthorized person which may jeopardize your payslip.

Always make the registrations from the designated Offices as provided by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
