TSC has developed an online Portal where those Teachers and other TSC employees can apply for their leave.
The commission established the online portal on 1st December 2021.
Online Leave Application
Once you have submitted your application for a leave, TSC can either approve or reject your request.
The following are the leaves you can apply online;
- Paternity leave
- Maternity leave
- Sick leave
- Compassionate leave
- Adoption leave
- Examination leave
- Annual leave
- Special leave
- Official duty
- Spouse of diplomat
Requirements for application
- TSC Number
- ID number
- Registered mobile phone
- Authentication code
How to login to TSC leave portal
- On your browser, go to https://HRMIS.tsc.go.ke/tm-app/apply_leave
- You will be promoted to enter the TSC number , ID number and a registered mobile number the click login.
- You will receive an authentication code on your registered number which you will enter in the next screen to complete the login process.
Once you are logged in, you are then redirected to the online leave application page.
How to Apply
- Log in to the teachers service commission online leave portal
2. Now click on the (+) sign to start the application
3. Click on the drop down arrow to choose the type of leave you are applying for.
4. Ypu will be required to choose the dates that you intend to be away i.e start and end date for your leave.
5. Ypu will prompted to enter your remarks. Here highlight any necessary information you would wish to specify if any.
6. Now upload all the necessary attachments. When uploading, click on ‘edit’ and click on the attachments icon.
How To Check TSC Leave Application Status Online
You will be able to see all the submitted leave applications after you have submitted yours.
You can keep checking the status of your leave from time to time to check whether it has been approved by looking at the status column of your application.
