Mobile Registration For TSC AoN Services. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) staff and Teachers are offered medical cover by the AoN insurance medical scheme.
The commission has contracted this insurance company that is specialized in medical services to that aims at meeting the medical needs for teachers and its staff.
The procedure below can be used to register into the medical scheme;
Interim Procedure for Accessing medical Care
- Dial the USSD code*384*847# on Safaricom and *865# for Airtel to Register.
- Wait for the pass code. A text message will also be received indicating that you have been registered fully with AoN TSC medical Scheme together with a code.
- You are advised to keep your code and password safely since you will need the code for the identification in the interim before issuance of the biometric cards.
- You can now repeat step 1 and use your new pass code to log in then follow the prompts to register your dependants .
- This process of registering dependants is done at no cost.
- You can now visit the medical provider of choice on the interim list if need arises and you will be provided with the required services.
- You can visit the AoN website http://www.aon.com/kenya to check the active providers near you. Alternatively, you can use the USSD code*340# and follow the prompts to check the available Service providers near you.
- For identification purposes at the facility, you or your dependants will be required to produce the verification code or your TSC number in order to receive services at the facility.
- You can dial *865# and follow instructions if you have lost or forgotten your verification code.
- You will receive medical service at no cost in reference to the guidelines.
