Senior Teacher II (T- Scale 7):
Senior Teacher II is considered a promotional grade and serves as the gateway to administrative roles within the teaching profession. Promotion to this grade hinges on a competitive selection process and the availability of job openings within the institution. An essential prerequisite for achieving promotion to this grade is that candidates must have previously served as Primary Teacher I with T-Scale 6 for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Senior Teacher I (T- Scale 8):
Senior Teacher I is a promotional grade tailored for individuals taking on administrative responsibilities within Primary Schools. Similar to Senior Teacher II, promotion to this grade is subject to a competitive selection process and relies on the existence of suitable vacancies in the organization. To become eligible for promotion to Senior Teacher I, one must have previously served as Senior Teacher II with T-Scale 7 for a minimum period of three (3) years, along with meeting other specific promotion conditions.
