TSC SNE Head Teacher Promotion Vacancies (C4-C5)
Article 237, Section 1, of the Constitution assigns the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) the status of a Constitutional Commission.
In line with the Career Progression Guidelines for Teachers and its duties, the Commission is inviting applications from qualified educators for the roles detailed below.

Qualifications for Eligibility
To be considered for this role, a teacher must meet the following conditions:
i. Have at least three (3) years of service experience as Deputy Head Teacher II in TSC Scale 9.
ii. Possess a Diploma in Special Needs Education relevant to the specified specialization.
iii. Maintain a satisfactory performance rating in the appraisal process.
iv. Demonstrate skills in supervising, mentoring, and offering professional guidance to fellow educators.
v. Fulfill the requirements outlined in Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
vi. Satisfy any additional criteria set by the Commission.
Note: Applicants stationed in Arid and Semi-Arid Land (ASAL) regions and Hard-to-Staff counties, with a minimum of two years in the current grade, can apply.
