TSC Senior Teacher I Promotion; T-Scale 8 (C2-C3) –3,040 Positions
Article 237, Section 1 of the Constitution designates the Teachers Service Commission as a Constitutional Commission.
As per the Career Progression Guidelines for Teachers and its responsibilities, the Commission is inviting qualified teachers to apply for the positions listed below.
Advertisement No. 59/2023 (C2-C3): Senior Teacher I (Regular Primary School, T-Scale 8–3,040 Positions)
Requirements for Eligibility:
– Teachers must have served as Senior Teacher II T-Scale 7 for a minimum of three (3) years.
– Maintain a satisfactory performance rating in the appraisal process.
– Display the ability to mentor and guide fellow teachers.
– Comply with Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
– Fulfill any additional criteria set by the Commission.
– Candidates in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) and Hard-to-Staff counties with at least two years in the current grade can apply.
