While teachers continue waiting for the just concluded TSC promotion, it is quite evident that the competition will be stiff for the few slots that are there. In most cases, it seems like most of the applicants qualify with the basic qualifications.
This time though other than the bachelor’s degree, it seems like the difference will come in the extra academic qualification of an individual teacher.
With the number of postgraduate qualifications and masters degree for teachers rising every day, it looks like this will tend to bear fruits. These individual teachers should not feel neglected for their hard work as this will tend to further separate them from the other fellows.
This is further evident as the postgraduate qualification will seem to surpass the TPAD done by the cyber attendant which can be described as a mere formality and it does not hold any strength to a teachers ability.
