The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has introduced a revised Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) salary scale for 2023-2025, which brings significant changes to the compensation structure for educators in Kenya. – Chief Principals (T-Scale 15): Salary adjustments ranging from Sh131,380 to Sh157,656 per month.
– Senior Principals (T-Scale 14): Salary expected to range from Sh118,242 to Sh121,890 monthly.
– Principals (T-Scale 13): Salary range of Sh104,644 per month.
– Deputy Principals III: Fixed salary starting from Sh91,041 per month.
– Senior Head Teachers, Senior Master II, and Deputy Principals IV (T-Scale 11): Basic salary of Sh77,840 monthly.
– Head Teachers, Deputy Head Teachers I, and Senior Master III (T-Scale 10): Basic salary of Sh62,272 per month.
– Deputy Head Teacher II (Grade C4): Monthly salary ranging from Sh45,287 to Sh52,308.

– Secondary Teacher I and Senior Teacher I (Grade C3): Salary ranging from Sh43,147 to Sh53,943 per month.

– Primary Teacher I and Secondary Teacher III (Grade C1): Salary ranging from Sh27,195 to Sh33,994 per month.
– Primary Teacher II (Grade B5): Monthly salary ranging from Sh21,756 to Sh27,195.
