TSC Teacher Promotional Vacancies – SNE Secondary Schools
According to Article 237 (1) of the Constitution, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is responsible for overseeing Kenya’s educational standards.

Requirements for Appointment
Candidates aspiring for this grade should meet the following criteria:
– Experience: Must have served as a principal or deputy principal in T-Scale 13 for a minimum of two (2) years.
– Performance: Must have received a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
– Leadership: Must have demonstrated abilities in supervising, mentoring, and providing professional support to fellow teachers.
– Constitutional Compliance: Must meet the requirements stipulated in Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
– Additional Requirements: Must fulfill any other prerequisites as deemed necessary by the Commission.
– Note: Candidates from regular schools with SNE certificates are strongly encouraged to apply.

– Experience: Must have served as Senior Master II/Deputy Principal III, T-Scale 11 for a minimum of two (2) years.
– Performance: Must have received a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
– Leadership: Must have demonstrated skills in supervising, mentoring, and providing professional support to other teachers.
– Constitutional Compliance: Must meet the requirements outlined in Chapter six (6) of the Constitution.
– Additional Requirements: Must fulfill any other prerequisites as determined by the Commission.

To be eligible for appointment to this grade, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Experience: Must have served as a Secondary School Teacher II, T-Scale 7 for a minimum of two (2) years.
– Performance: Must have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
– Additional Requirements: Must fulfill any other prerequisites deemed necessary by the Commission.

Requirements for Appointment
Applicants aiming for appointment to this grade should meet the following criteria:
– Experience: Must have served as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I, T-Scale 12 for a minimum of two (2) years.
– Performance: Must possess a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
– Leadership: Must have demonstrated abilities in supervising, mentoring, and providing professional support to fellow teachers.
– Constitutional Compliance: Must meet the requirements stipulated in Chapter six (6) of the Constitution.
– Additional Requirements: Must fulfill any other prerequisites considered necessary by the Commission.
