The Teachers Service Commission operates as a Constitutional Commission as established in compliance with Article 237, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.
In line with the Career Progression Guidelines for Educators and acting upon this responsibility, the Commission welcomes eligible instructors to submit applications for the positions detailed below.
TSC is pleased to declare the commencement of the recruitment process for the role of Senior Master IV (Regular School) with T-Scale 9.
A total of 12,716 positions are on offer for dedicated educators aspiring to advance in their professional journey.
Prerequisites for Selection:
To be eligible for consideration for this respected position, prospective candidates must meet the following conditions:
i. Previous Experience as Secondary Teacher I (T-Scale 8): Candidates should have diligently served as Secondary Teacher I under T-Scale 8 for a minimum period of two (2) years, demonstrating their dedication to maintaining high educational standards.
ii. Performance Evaluation Rating: Attaining a satisfactory rating in the performance assessment procedure is crucial, highlighting a strong commitment to effective teaching and successful learning outcomes.
iii. Adherence to Chapter Six Regulations: Candidates must adhere to the provisions stated in Chapter six (6) of the Constitution, reflecting honesty and ethical principles throughout their professional trajectory.

iv. Supplementary Requirements: Meeting any other prerequisites stipulated by the Commission ensures candidates are suitably prepared to excel in this significant role.
Special Consideration for Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) and Hard-to-Staff Counties: Individuals who have diligently served in their current grade for a minimum of two years, residing in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) as well as Hard-to-Staff Counties, have an opportunity to contribute their expertise to shaping the educational landscape.
