TSC Changes Vision and Mission Statement After Successful Contest
The new mission and vision statements from the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) have been made public.
An employee competition had been started by the Commission to create a new vision, mission, and logo.
The contest was open from September 9 through September 30, 2021. But none of the submissions matched the requirements for selection. The contest was therefore deemed non-responsive.
The Commission therefore made the decision to re-post the contest with specific selection criteria and deadlines.
Participation
Participants were encouraged to include:
• Teachers in both public and private educational institutions, such as the Teacher Training Colleges, CEMASTEA, and Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE).
• Students and trainees at basic learning institutions, both public and private;
• Primary public and private educational institutes & Staff of the TSC Secretariat.
The tender with the number TSC/DC/01/2021/2022, which could be accessed at www.tsc.go.ke, contained information on the competition.
