PSC announces 395 vacancies in various State Departments

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 395 job openings across various state departments. In a published notice, 315 positions are available for civil registration officers within the State Department for immigration and citizen services.

Individuals who meet the qualifications and are interested should submit their applications online through either the Commission’s website: www.publicservice.go.ke or the jobs portal: www.psckjobs.go.ke.

The application deadline is October 11, 2023, at 5 pm East African Time, as stated in the advertisement. Furthermore, there are 10 vacant positions for senior principal laboratory technologists in the State Department of Internal Security and National Administration, and the State Department for Lands and Physical Planning has 69 job opportunities.

These openings encompass roles such as director of physical planning, director of National Lands Information Management System (NLIMS), senior deputy director of NLIMS, deputy director, assistant director, and land information management officer. Additionally, there are vacancies for deputy directors of research, assistant directors, and research officers.

The Commission is also actively seeking to hire three deputy directors and assistant directors for the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), along with one dean of students and an academic registrar. Furthermore, KISM is in need of five senior principal lecturers and 31 valuation assistants III.

Lastly, the State Department for Irrigation is in the process of recruiting a secretary. Those interested in these positions should visit the Commission’s website to access detailed information about the specific roles and application procedures.
