The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) presents an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals to step into the role of Deputy Principal III in Regular Secondary Schools.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for this esteemed position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of service as Senior Master III on T-Scale 10.
Performance
Demonstrated satisfactory performance rating in the performance appraisal process.
Ethical Standing
Fulfillment of Chapter six (6) requirements of the Constitution, reflecting your ethical and moral standing.
Leadership Ability
A proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and provide professional guidance to fellow teachers.
Additional Requirements
Fulfillment of any other prerequisites as deemed necessary by the Commission.

Special Note for Asal and Hard-to-Staff Counties
Candidates who have served in the current grade for at least 2 years and hail from arid, semi-arid (Asal), or Hard-to-Staff counties are eligible to apply. Your dedication to these areas and your experience will be highly valued.
