It does not seem like the political fire will cool anytime soon where the deputy president William Ruto seems like he is facing a lot of opposition from the other side as he is busy circulating his ‘hustler’ nation narrative which he states are about bringing the lower community.
Many political bigwigs have accused him of diving Kenyans with his narrative of dynasty many saying that it is dangerous since it will bring war on classes. President Uhuru Kenyatta while speaking at aired vernacular stations he said that the differences on classes were uncalled for and leaders should try and protect each and everyone’s resources regardless of who they were and try to uplift the impoverished.
Kenyatta had even warned his deputy for politicizing the class politics terming it cheap.
Ruto had also accused Raila Odinga of derailing the big four agenda with the handshake between him and the president that brought about the BBI.
Raila also has hinted his wars on Ruto saying he was diving Kenyans with his politics and that he had undermined his boss in pushing for the big four agendas which were Kenyattas Legacy. He accused him of bringing about the dynasty narrative while politicizing his hustler nation agenda.
Raila mentioned that Ruto had lied to Kenyans while he was promising youths one million jobs and stadiums that he had promised to build in six months.
Ruto recent wars include that of last Friday addressing residents in Bomet County, he accused wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka of grabbing land which later yesterday Kitui governor Charity Ngilu who was Minister of land said that Kalonzo had acquired the land legally and had checked the papers.
Kalonzo previously had also accused Ruto of tribalism wherein the Cabinet slots he had been given he had appointed people from one community.
ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya leader Wetangula are up against Ruto saying he is an unwelcomed guest in the western region. ANC’s Ayub Savula also have seemed to be on a strategy to formulate a way to impeach the deputy.
In the coming by-election in the western region and the Machakos senatorial race, Kenyatta’s Jubilee party together with Kalonzo, Wetangula and Mudavadi are supporting each other. Facing the main opposition seems will be UDA party lead by Johnstone Muthama which is also said to be Ruto’s new party.
