The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) provides a number of forms that are necessary for teachers. Teacher can access the forms and fill them online or download them and fill manually.

Types of forms offered by TSC

1. Transfer form

If you are seeking for a transfer to another school, you are required to fill this transfer form.

2. Employment Form

This form is not accessed by anybody. Its meant for those teachers have successfully secured a job with the commission after successful interview.

This form is filled by the candidate giving your particulars and signing a commitment to work in the station where the commission will deploy you.

3. Promotion Form

This form is for those teachers who have been promoted by the commission from current job group to the other.

This promotion follows the Career Progression Guidelines (CPG) set by the commission in its constitution.

For you to eligible for a promotion one of the grounds is that you must have served for a threshold number of years set by the commission.

This form is always filled by the head of institution and send to the commission thereafter prior to the expiry of the minimum number of years that a teacher needs to serve in that job group.
