Kuccps Sends Crucial Message To kmtc Applicants
Students have been warned about scammers by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
In light of the ongoing course revision and application procedure, KUCCPS has urged students to avoid transferring money to anyone running phoney KUCCPS Facebook/Twitter profiles or WhatsApp groups. According to KUCCPS, there is no WhatsApp group for the school.
All placement payments, according to KUCCPS, must be made using Mpesa Paybill No. 820201. It is not advisable for students to give money to anyone pretending to speak for KUCCPS.
During the exam period, scammers frequently try to take advantage of students by setting up phoney WhatsApp groups and accounts to trick them into paying money. Most of them pose as KUCCPS employees offering application instructions.
