KUCCPS Releases KMTC Course Application Results; How to Check
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has released the results for the second round of course applications for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC). The public announcement made on Tuesday indicated that applicants had already received notifications of their results via SMS. Additionally, they provided instructions on how to access and view their results.
Applicants have been informed about this update through SMS and are encouraged to log in to their portal using the link http://students.kuccps.net to check the status of their application. For those who did not receive placement at KMTC, KUCCPS opened its portal for revisions on September 12.

Applicants who originally applied for KMTC courses through KUCCPS have the opportunity to revise their selections. It’s worth noting that the application process is free, and the revision period will extend from September 12 to September 16.
Previously, the application deadline was August 4, and the portal was accessible to applicants starting from July 22. According to Mercy Wahome, the CEO of KUCCPS, they received applications until August 4, with each applicant paying a fee of Sh2,000 for the enrollment process at one of the 42 KMTC campuses nationwide.
Despite receiving 42,000 applications, KMTC has a student capacity of 11,000, resulting in approximately 32,000 students not securing placements. Wahome also mentioned that the KUCCPS portal offered thirty different KMTC programs for application. This placement service aims to position students in degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan courses at 289 public training institutions and 30 private universities in Kenya following the integration of KMTC into KUCCPS.
