KNEC Has Finally Paid All Its contracted Professionals
Invigilators and supervisors who work during the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams are now being compensated by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Due to the process of comparing data from attendance registers, payment was delayed. The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) Examiners for the KCSE Examinations in 2022 were outraged by this.
Many had begun to lose faith that they would ever receive their just compensation. Teachers have voiced complaints on a number of social media platforms, and some have even threatened to boycott the exercise in the upcoming national examination.
