Judiciary Announces Vacancies for Kenyans with C- in KCSE; Apply Now

The Judicial Service Commission of Kenya has recently unveiled 961 job vacancies, signaling a significant step towards modernizing the court procedures through digitization. Martha Koome, the head of the Judiciary Service Commission, plays a pivotal role in this initiative.

In an advertisement released on Monday, September 11, the JSC is actively seeking experienced individuals to fill positions across 79 court stations in 30 different counties. These positions are temporary and are expected to last for varying durations, ranging from 5 to 54 days, depending on the workload of each station.

The purpose of this recruitment drive is to support the ambitious digitization program of the Judiciary. This program aims to convert all existing manual files into a digital format. The scope of this project encompasses scanning all active case files, collecting case details, and uploading these digital scans onto the Case Tracking System (CTS).

One of the primary goals of this project is to introduce young people to a digitally-enabled work environment that allows them to earn a living. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between skills demand and employment opportunities, providing young individuals with the necessary tools, training, and mentorship to work and earn income with dignity.
