Mohamed EL Arouch, a highly regarded Lyon youth, has been photographed wearing a Manchester United jersey.
The 19-year-old is presently impressing at Lyon but has made only one appearance for the first team, leading L’Equipe to report that he wishes to leave the club.
However, Lyon will be eager to retain him within their ranks. He is widely regarded as one of the club’s up-and-coming talents and will likely be playing regular first-team football in the near future.

He is obviously a fan of the club, which makes you question if, if he ever became famous, he would want to play for Old Trafford.
However, his career is still in its infancy, as he has primarily played for Lyon’s second team. Despite this, he has made significant waves at such a tender age.
Lyon’s development program is renowned for producing top-tier talent, so could Mohamed El Arouch follow suit?
Last year, he extended his contract with Lyon until 2025, but there are already rumors that he wants to leave the club.
Bruno Cheyrou, Lyon’s sporting director, had the following to say about the accomplished midfielder:
“The run in the Gambardella has highlighted his qualities. He was one of the best players in the competition but we had already targeted him as one for the future within the academy.
“He lives and breathes football and he is one of the kind of players that one pays to go and watch play. He has great technical quality and a high work rate.
“He knows how to combine this work rate with an ability to be decisive, which is appreciable. A lot of things will depend on him, but we are committed to him for the long term, and we hope to allow him to find playing time with the first team.
“He is coming out of his adolescence and he must now move on to adulthood by progressing even more in terms of his play and his intensity.”
