High School Teacher Sodomize Car Washer
A high school teacher from a school in Kirinyaga has been charged in Court over allegations of sodomy. The teacher had earlier failed to present himself to court citing illness that led to the investigating officers being ordered to present him in person.
The teacher goes by the name William Kinyua Mutuanjau. He has also been charged for contempt of court.
On Monday when he was required to appear before the court, Kinyua had a representative whom he claimed was his cousin but failed to produced supporting documents to that claim.

The perpetrator was released earlier on a Sh100,000 bond with a similar surety after pleading not guilty as charged with two counts of sexual assault meted on a 23-year-old man.
Among the charges leveled against the perpetrator is intentional and unlawful forceful penetration if his penis to his victim’s private parton march 28 at Sagana Township in Kirinyaga county.
The second count was committing an indecent act with an adult.
Kinyua is said to have lured his victim with a bottle of beer that was spiked with a drug. The perpetrator after realizing that the victim was now drowsy, he sexually assaulted him several times and later dumped him in the Sagana River as he thought the victim was dead.
“He thought he was dead after sexually abusing him and so he decided to dump him into the river. Fortunately, he regained consciousness on Wednesday and was found by a group of women who were drawing water from the river while stark naked,” Kosgei said.
After the victim regained consciousness, a group of women drawing water from a river found him while naked still at the river.
The case has been put on hold and will be mentioned again on July, 24, 2023.
This comes after the Highest court in the country, supreme court gave a contradictory verdict for LGBTQs to form associations in the country.
