‘Here we go’ – Romano Reveals ‘Magnificent’ Arsenal-Linked Forward Joining CL Rivals Instead for Just £11m”
Fabrizio Romano asserts a £11 million Arsenal attacker is now joining AC Milan.
In recent months, Arsenal has been tangentially affiliated with Noah Okafor.
The Daily Mail reported in March that the Gunners were considering a summer transfer for the RB Salzburg star.
The Gunners have had a phenomenal transfer window thus far, bolstering their spine with three quality players.
Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber, and Declan Rice have all joined the Arsenal in recent weeks.
According to reports, Arsenal are also seeking front-line reinforcements, and Okafor would have suited the bill.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the 23-year-old is on the precipice of signing with AC Milan.
On Friday morning, he tweeted “here we go” about Okafor joining the Rossoneri revolution.
They would only pay around €14 million (approximately £11 million) for the eight-trophy victor.

Our vista
Granted, rumors connecting Arsenal to Okafor have not been particularly solid.
The Gunners may have had a fleeting interest in him, but they do not appear to have pursued him.
Nevertheless, Okafor would have been a valuable addition to Arsenal’s roster.
In 32 appearances last season, he recorded 10 goals and five assists, demonstrating his high level of play.
The’magnificent’ forward has also earned 14 international appearances for Switzerland.
Milan could find Okafor, who is available for just £11 million, to be an extraordinary steal.
It is not a major issue. Arsenal can be pleased with their early signings, and their front line is already formidable.
