HELB Makes Changes to funding that will Benefit Many Students
The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has invalidated 57 clearance certificates belonging to its beneficiaries. However, HELB has not disclosed the reasons for this action in a recently published notice.
The public is informed that the mentioned HELB clearance certificates have been canceled immediately. For further details, please contact HELB, as stated in the notice.
HELB typically issues clearance certificates to individuals who have either completed their loan payments or were never recipients of HELB loans. Those who are still repaying their loans and non-beneficiaries seeking HELB clearance receive compliance certificates instead.
HELB, the Higher Education Loans Board, offers financial assistance in the form of loans, scholarships, and bursaries to aspiring students and graduates in Kenya.
