TO: ALL TEACHERS
EXAM MALPRACTICE
Pursuant to Section 44 of the Kenya National Examination Council Act, the Teachers Service Commission is mandated to provide Resource Persons employed and/or registered as teachers to assist in the administration of examinations on temporary basis.
Over the years, you have performed this national duty with excellence and distinction in accordance with the ethos of the teaching profession.
However, the Government is concerned that some unscrupulous persons have started sharing and/or publishing fake documents purported to be examination materials through the various social media platforms.
Accordingly, the Government has flagged the attached Social Media Platforms disseminating fake examination materials.
To this end, with a view to maintain the integrity in all of the 2023 National Examinations, you are advised to avoid disseminating and/or sharing information from the aforementioned Social media platforms, as doing so will constitute and be considered as an examination malpractice.
