Christian Pulisic Signs Contract with AC Milan
Christian Pulisic, an American international footballer, has agreed in principle to transfer from Chelsea FC to AC Milan. The two organizations have not yet reached an agreement on the transfer fee.
Pulisic appears to have been in the public eye for quite some time, as he captained the United States Men’s National Team (USMNT) at the most recent FIFA World Cup in Qatar. However, at only 24 years of age, it is possible that he has yet to reach his full potential. Despite his meteoric rise at Borussia Dortmund and winning the UEFA Champions League in 2021, his recent form has been hampered by injuries, fueling rumors about where he will play next.
Milan barely cracked the top four of Serie A last season, but after winning the Scudetto in the 21-22 season, the ‘Rossoneri’ are generally back to their old ways. Pulisic had been linked to a number of Premier League clubs, including Newcastle United and Manchester United FC, for several months.
However, according to sources, the youthful attacking midfielder had his sights set solely on Milan. Chelsea is requesting $27.3 million, while Milan is looking to pay between $16 and 20 million for Pulisic.
