According to Sacha Tavolieri through Simon Phillips, Romelu Lukaku has a personal terms agreement with Juventus.
The Italian club is eager to acquire the Belgian, but any transfer is contingent on Dusan Vlahovic’s fitness and departure.
Chelsea are eager to sell Romelu Lukaku as soon as possible in order to finance the acquisition of new players at Stamford Bridge.
Since joining on a then-record contract from Inter Milan, where he spent the previous season on loan, the forward has not been a positive presence for them.
Despite a disappointing season, Inter Milan was determined to sign Lukaku permanently. They had a €40 million offer on the table, which Chelsea may have accepted.
In the fullness of time, they completely withdrew from the competition after the Belgian held discussions with rivals Juventus.

Juventus had scheduled new negotiations with Chelsea to determine the fee.
However, as previously stipulated, any transfer will be contingent on Duisan Vlahovic departing Turin and generating sufficient funds.
Chelsea were also rumored to be interested in a part-exchange deal for Vlahovic, in which the Blues would pay the difference in cash.
As a result of his injury concerns, Juventus is concerned about the possibility of the Serbian leaving the club. Tavolieri explains that the fragility of the Serbian’s adductor muscles could prove problematic.
There is now concern that these issues could prevent any departure from Juventus.
In this instance, the Serie A giants cannot sign Lukaku because they lack the financial resources to complete the transfer.
The journalist also insists that Vlahovic may fail his medical examinations due to his physical condition, resulting in further complications.
Lukaku remains determined to quit Chelsea this summer at any cost.
In addition to admiration from the Saudis, he has decided to remain in Europe and join Juventus if possible.
