Check Out The Amount Of Money KNEC Will Pay It’s Officers

Amount of Money KNEC will Pay Its professionals

The Kenya National Examination Council, an organization tasked with overseeing national examinations, carries out a range of crucial functions. These responsibilities encompass the development of examination policies and regulations, the creation of national examinations, candidate registration for NNEC examinations, the administration of exams, result processing, the issuance of certificates and diplomas to successful candidates, and the conduct of educational assessment research.

In preparation for upcoming examinations, the Kenya National Examination Council is set to compensate various officials responsible for conducting these exams at examination centers. These officials include Center Managers, Supervisors, Drivers, and Security Officers.

For the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, a total of 903,260 candidates are slated to sit for the exam. Concurrently, one million and four hundred thousand candidates will take the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, and one million and two hundred thousand candidates will participate in the KPSEA examinations, which are intended for grade 6 pupils progressing to Junior secondary education.

In terms of remuneration, the Kenya National Examination Council plans to pay Kenya Certificate of Primary Education Center Managers KES500 for 4 working days, equating to a total of KES2,000. Invigilators will receive KES538 for 3 working days, totaling KES1,614, while Supervisors will be compensated with KES621 for 4 working days, amounting to KES2,484. Security officers are set to receive KES420 for 3 working days, totaling KES1,260, and Drivers will earn KES405, summing up to KES1,620.

For the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, Center Managers are in line to receive KES500 for 18 working days, totaling KES9,000. Supervisors will be paid KES630 for 18 working days, summing up to KES11,340. Invigilators will earn KES460 for 17 working days, amounting to KES7,820, while Drivers will receive KES405 for 16 working days, totaling KES6,480. Security officers’ compensation will amount to KES420 for 16 working days, equaling KES6,720.
