KCSE Kick off Overseen by Education PS
The Education Principal Secretary, Belio Kipsang, has just arrived at the Westlands subcounty containers, marking the commencement of the theory KCSE tests. Accompanying him is Margaret Lesuuda, the regional director of Education in Nairobi.
During this visit, Kipsang took the opportunity to address the center managers, urging them to be lenient with the students and allow them to enjoy a semblance of childhood without imposing excessive strictness.
Kipsang also pointed out the logistical challenge of center managers having to collect the examination papers twice daily, recognizing the potential burden this may pose.

He expressed the hope that as the examination period unfolds smoothly, they might transition to a system where papers are collected only once a day, thus alleviating concerns about the frequent paper pickups.

Following the opening of the container, Kipsang and Lesuuda observed as center managers lined up one by one to retrieve the papers for their respective schools. Lesuuda emphasized the importance of ensuring that the papers they collect are for the correct session, underscoring the significance of accurate administration in maintaining the integrity of the examinations.
This initiative represents a crucial phase in the administration of the KCSE tests and aims to ensure a fair and efficient examination process.
