Galatasaray is interested in signing Arsenal fullback Nuno Tavares, who is 23 years old, this summer.
According to Yenica Gazetesi, Galatasaray intends to pursue Nuno Tavares’ services. The future of the 23-year-old Arsenal fullback is uncertain, and the Turkish club is interested in signing him. Meanwhile, negotiations are scheduled between the two organizations.
Tavares began his career at Benfica before transferring to Arsenal in the summer of 2021. The Portuguese wide man joined the group with great anticipation. However, things have not gone as planned for him.
He has failed to establish himself as a key member of the first team and has appeared in only 28 matches. The Portuguese fullback fell further down the pecking order after Oleksandr Zinchenko’s introduction at the club last summer. In addition, he was loaned to Marseille prior to the commencement of the 2022-23 season.
The 23-year-old’s loan stint with the French club was outstanding. He participated in 39 matches and was on the field for more than 3,000 minutes. Tavares had a significant impact and contributed six assists.

Timur will meet with Arsenal as they attempt to recruit the 23-year-old forward. Galatasaray are seeking a new left-sided fullback, and Tavares appears to be an excellent option.
Given the recent business practices of the Turkish club, there is a strong possibility that they could sign the Portugal Under-21 star. However, this could be contingent on Arsenal’s asking price for his services.
