The new teacher must finish a probationary period of at least six (6) months, per the TSC appointment letter. If the teacher’s performance is inconsistent with expectations, the probationary term could infrequently be extended.
After three years of service, you will automatically advance to job group L, or grade C3. Do this after finishing the TSC promotion form.
It’s critical to keep in mind that deductions will be taken from your paycheck before your net income shows up in your account. The deductions are either statutory (HELB, PAYE, NHIF) or third-party (loans, savings, and union dues).
Holders of a diploma in education are paid an entry-level wage of Sh27,195 per month. Additionally, they are qualified for a number of perks.
