2023 KCSE Exam: Verification of Photo and Subject Entries

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced the verification of photo and subject entries uploaded for 2023 KCSE registration.

The commission’s CEO, David Njeng’ere, informed Sub-county education directors on July 5, 2023, that Centre Managers who registered candidates for the 2023 KCSE examination should obtain the photograph registers from the registration site.

Centre Managers must print colour picture albums from the registration portal.

Candidates must sign, verify, and confirm their subject entries.

“All subject amendments, photo mismatch, and missing photos should be officially communicated to the CEO, KNEC accompanied by the correct photographs, saved in a Computer Disc (CD) correctly labelled, by 15th August, 2023.” Reads part of notice.

Centre Managers should fix hazy and horizontally misaligned photos.

Save the rectified photos on a CD and send them to KNEC with a note.

Post-submission adjustments will cost Kes. 500.00 per candidate.

KNEC must receive the penalty for the requested adjustments.

School principals should safely store error-free signed photo albums.

2023 KCSE Exam: Verification of Photo and Subject Entries

The Supervisor should receive the registers for the 2023 KCSE.

KCPE and KPSEA exams will commence on October 30, 2023, and end on November 2, 2023.

KCSE examinations November 3–24, 2023.

From November 27 to December 15, 2023, the two national exams will be marked.
